How Is Life Coaching Integrated Into Your Psychic Readings?
My psychic readings begin with intuitive insight—the ability to tune into the subtle dynamics of your experience, including the patterns, possibilities, and perspectives that may not be immediately visible through logic alone.
From there, my life coaching training allows us to create space to explore what comes through. Rather than simply receiving information, you have the opportunity to reflect on the insight, consider how it relates to your circumstances, and uncover what may be asking for your attention.
The coaching element is not a separate process or an ongoing engagement. It is woven naturally into the reading, offering a grounded space to explore the meaning behind the insight and consider how you want to move forward.
My role is never to tell you what to do or dictate your path. It is to offer intuitive insight and create thoughtful space to explore what comes through—helping you consider its meaning, relevance, and context within your own life.

Who Do You Work With, and Can I Ask About Another Person?
I work with individuals from all walks of life who are seeking insight, clarity, or a deeper understanding of themselves and their circumstances. No particular belief system or prior experience is required—only an openness to explore what resonates.
Whether you’re navigating a specific question, a period of change, or simply feel called to look a little deeper, you are welcome here.
You are also welcome to ask about another person when their connection to you is relevant to what you’d like to explore. This may include a partner, family member, friend, colleague, or another meaningful relationship.
I approach these questions with respect for everyone involved. The focus remains on the relationship, circumstances, and insight that comes through rather than unnecessarily intruding into another person’s private life.
How Does Coaching Differ From Therapy?
Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Therapy is a clinical discipline focused on mental health, emotional healing, and the treatment of psychological conditions. Coaching is forward-focused and centered on reflection, perspective, and intentional action.
Within my psychic readings, coaching is not a separate process or ongoing engagement. It is woven into the experience through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and grounded exploration of the insight that comes through.
The psychic reading provides the intuitive insight; the coaching element creates space to explore what that insight means for you, consider different perspectives, and understand how the insight relates to your own circumstances.
This work is not a substitute for therapy or mental health care, nor is it intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
What Should I Expect From a Psychic Reading and How Do I Prepare?
A psychic reading is a dedicated space to receive insight into the themes, questions, and transitions unfolding in your life. You are welcome to arrive with specific questions or simply allow the reading to unfold around what comes through.
The Experience
My approach is intuitive and grounded. I use my psychic senses to tune into your energy and allow insight to come through with clarity and integrity. Depending on what emerges, this may include messages from loved ones in spirit or the use of cards to further illuminate your situation.
From there, we create space to explore what resonates, consider the deeper meaning of the insight, and reflect on how it relates to your circumstances. The intention is not simply to receive information, but to leave with greater clarity and a deeper understanding of what may be asking for your attention.
Preparation
There is no specific preparation required. The most valuable thing you can bring is your presence and an openness to explore. Come as you are, with whatever questions or circumstances are on your mind, and allow the reading to unfold naturally.
Do I Need to Be Spiritual or Religious to Work With You, and Does This Align With My Faith?
No specific belief system or religious background is required to benefit from this work. Optimystic Insight is rooted in a deep respect for the interconnectedness of our experiences, yet remains intentionally inclusive of all perspectives and personal histories.
My readings are not about replacing your faith or adopting a new set of beliefs; they are about creating space to receive insight and explore what resonates with you. You will never be persuaded to believe in anything that does not align with your own values or truth.
In my experience, the insight that comes through a reading is not limited by a specific dogma—it meets each individual exactly where they are. Whether this aligns with your personal faith is a matter of your own discernment, which I fully honor and encourage.
My goal is to offer a space that feels grounded, integrous, and respectful of your individual beliefs—allowing you to explore what comes through while remaining fully connected to what feels true for you.
Will You Tell Me Something Scary or Predict Negative Events?
My practice is rooted in empowerment, not fear. I do not focus on fear-based predictions or intentionally deliver information in a way that is meant to frighten or overwhelm you.
I hold a strong sense of responsibility in how I communicate what comes through. At times, a reading may reveal challenging information or insight about the potential direction of a situation. When it does, I share it with care, context, and perspective—never as a fixed or absolute future.
Psychic insight can illuminate patterns, possibilities, and potential trajectories, but you remain the authority in your own life. You are always encouraged to use your own discernment and consider what resonates with you.
I do not make predictions regarding death or provide medical readings, pregnancy predictions, or mental health advice.
What Is Your Training and Background in Coaching and Psychic Development?
My work is grounded in two distinct areas of study: professional coaching and formal psychic development. Together, they inform the way I approach each reading—with intuitive depth, professionalism, and discernment.
Professional Coaching
I was formally trained through a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This training gave me a strong foundation in active listening, powerful questioning, ethical practice, and creating space for meaningful reflection. While I operate as an independent holistic practitioner rather than an ICF member, I remain committed to the principles and ethical standards of the ICF Professional Code of Ethics.
Psychic Development
My psychic development has been supported through formal study at two established spiritualist colleges in the United Kingdom, alongside continued workshops, independent study, and practical development. This training has given me a disciplined framework for working with intuitive information and approaching psychic work with care and discernment.
How This Shapes My Readings
My coaching background does not replace the psychic reading—it complements it. Intuitive insight is at the heart of my readings, while my training allows me to create thoughtful space around what comes through, helping you explore the insight and its relevance to your circumstances.
The result is a reading that brings together intuitive insight and grounded perspective, allowing the experience to remain both deeply personal and thoughtfully considered.
How and Where Do Readings Take Place, and How Long Are They?
To ensure your comfort and privacy, readings are conducted virtually via Zoom, allowing you to connect from a space where you feel most at ease. Each reading is approximately 90 minutes, providing ample time for the reading to unfold naturally, with space to explore the insight that comes through.
A video connection allows for a more personal and engaged experience, supporting the depth and clarity of the reading.
For those who prefer written insight, Private Email Psychic Readings are available for purchase through the Optimystic Insight shop, providing a detailed and lasting record of the insight received.
How Do I Book or Purchase an Offering, and What is the Investment?
Beginning your experience is simple. Live readings can be booked directly through the Booking page, while Private Email Psychic Readings are available for purchase through the Optimystic Insight shop. Workshops, courses, and mentorships can be accessed through their respective offering pages.
Private Psychic Reading with Life Coaching — $150
A private 90-minute experience beginning with psychic insight, followed by thoughtful life coaching to explore what came through. Your reading unfolds around what comes through, whether you arrive with specific questions, a relationship or life transition you’d like to explore, or simply a sense that something is asking for your attention.
The experience is both intuitive and interactive, allowing space not only to receive what comes through, but to explore its meaning and relevance to your life.
Private Email Psychic Reading — $115
A personalized written reading created specifically for you, offering psychic insight into up to 8 questions in a thoughtful format you can revisit in your own time.
Your reading also includes personalized life coaching prompts created in response to the insight received, giving you space for reflection and further self-exploration.
Workshops & Courses — Investment Varies
For those interested in developing their own intuitive abilities, workshops and courses offer an immersive space for learning, practice, and exploration. Current offerings, dates, and investment details are provided on each individual enrollment page.

What Is Your Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy?
To honor the time reserved for each reading, mentorship, course, and workshop, the following policies apply. By completing your booking, purchase, or enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms.
Rescheduling & Cancellations — Live Psychic Readings
All live Psychic Readings are non-refundable once payment is received. As each reading is a unique and personal experience, refunds are not provided based on whether the information received meets individual expectations or preferences.
A reading may be rescheduled to a future date without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. This allows the reserved time to be made available to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reading are considered final and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Private Email Psychic Readings
Email readings are purchased through the Optimystic Insight shop and are non-refundable once payment is received, except where otherwise stated in the applicable product policy. Because they do not involve a scheduled appointment, rescheduling and grace-period policies do not apply. Please review the Terms of Service & Purchase Policy provided on the applicable product page before purchasing.
Mentorship, Course & Workshop Enrollment
Because these offerings have limited enrollment and require advance preparation, cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee.
Within 14 days of the start date, refunds are not available. Enrollment is non-transferable.
If I cancel a mentorship, course, or workshop, participants will receive a full refund. If I reschedule an individual meeting, enrollment will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend that rescheduled meeting, you may request a 1:1 make-up.
Punctuality & Grace Periods
Live readings, mentorships, courses, and workshops begin promptly at their scheduled times. Please ensure that your technology and internet connection are working properly beforehand.
The following grace periods apply:

After the applicable grace period, the live reading, mentorship, course, or workshop will be considered missed and will not be eligible for rescheduling, a make-up, or a refund.
Late Cancellations, No-Shows & Technical Issues
Late arrivals beyond the applicable grace period, no-shows, participant-side technical issues, and cancellations made outside the stated notice periods are not eligible for rescheduling, make-ups, or refunds, as applicable.
If a facilitator-side technical issue prevents a mentorship, course, or workshop meeting from taking place, the meeting will be rescheduled.
For live Psychic Readings only, genuine, unforeseen emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. At my discretion, an exception may allow for rescheduling only and does not constitute an entitlement to a refund or establish an obligation to make future exceptions. I reserve the right to decline any request for an exception.
For mentorships, courses, and workshops, missed meetings are not eligible for make-ups or refunds, although a brief overview may be provided when appropriate. Please provide notice if you are unable to attend.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is limited to the circumstances outlined above and within the Terms of Service & Booking Policy or Terms of Service & Purchase Policy applicable to your specific offering.
Refunds are not available for completed or missed Psychic Readings, mentorships, courses, or workshops.

Are Our Conversations Confidential and Private?
Your privacy is important to me, and I approach every reading with discretion and professional integrity. What you share during a reading is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without your permission, except where disclosure may be required or permitted by law.
I do not retain working notes, recordings, or other personal information collected specifically for the reading after it has been completed, except where retention may be necessary for ordinary business, transaction, or legal record-keeping.
My coaching training, completed through an ICF-accredited program, provided a strong foundation in professional ethics, confidentiality, and respectful client practice. I carry these principles into my work while maintaining the independent, holistic nature of my practice.
My intention is to provide a private, respectful space where you can speak openly, receive intuitive insight, and explore what resonates with you.
What Should I Know Before Attending a Workshop or Course?
My workshops and courses are interactive, experiential spaces for exploration, intuitive development, and personal growth. While some offerings focus specifically on developing intuitive or psychic abilities, others explore the many ways intuition can support how we understand ourselves, relate to our experiences, and move through the world.
Depending on the offering, we may explore intuition through the lens of self-trust, self-love, personal empowerment, relationships, discernment, decision-making, or other areas of personal development. The subject may change, but the intention remains the same: to move beyond simply learning about a concept and create opportunities to experience, explore, and apply it in ways that feel relevant to your own life.
I believe intuition is something we all have access to. For some, it has always been noticeable; for others, it may exist quietly in the background—an instinct, impression, feeling, or sense of knowing that has never been fully recognized or explored. Part of this work is creating space to uncover what may already be there, understand how it communicates through you, and develop the discernment to work with it more consciously.
You do not need to identify as psychic or have any intention of becoming a professional psychic to benefit from this work. Developing intuition can be just as much about knowing yourself, trusting yourself, and navigating everyday life with greater awareness and discernment as it is about psychic development.
And you do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you are capable of. Curiosity is enough.
Why This Work Matters to Me
Facilitating this work is something I care deeply about. One of the most meaningful parts for me is witnessing someone discover something within themselves that may have been present for years but never fully recognized, understood, or trusted.
I am particularly interested in helping people develop a relationship with their own way of knowing. That may mean discovering their intuitive language, strengthening an existing ability, learning to distinguish intuition from fear or thought, or recognizing how intuition can inform the way they understand themselves and their lives.
My role is not to tell you what your intuition should look like or what you should believe. It is to provide thoughtful structure, meaningful exploration, practical application, and—when appropriate—practice and personalized feedback, so you can discover what resonates through your own experience.
What to Expect
Because each workshop or course has its own focus, the experience will vary. Depending on the offering, our time together may include guided exercises, individual reflection, group discussion, partner practice, intuitive development exercises, real-life application, and opportunities for personalized feedback.
Some experiences may take you more deeply into psychic development; others may invite you to explore yourself and your life through a particular theme. Different levels of experience are welcome, and you do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
Active participation is encouraged, but there is nothing you need to prove. You are always welcome to honor your own boundaries and opt out of an exercise that does not feel appropriate for you.
Creating a Thoughtful Shared Space
Please join from a quiet, private space where you can be fully present. Cameras should remain on, and only registered participants may attend. Participants must be 18 or older.
Mutual respect and discretion are essential. Meetings are not recorded, and participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information disclosed within the group.
Course and workshop materials, teachings, and exercises are provided for personal use only and may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.
Please refrain from eating during meetings; water, tea, or coffee are welcome.
Attendance & Preparation
Meetings begin promptly, with a 10-minute grace period for entry. Please arrive with a functioning device, reliable internet connection, and access to the required platform so you can participate fully.
Missed meetings are not eligible for make-ups or refunds, although a brief overview may be provided when appropriate. Please provide notice if you are unable to attend.
